1. Booking & Payment

All bookings made through thetarai.com are subject to our terms and conditions. Payment must be completed to confirm your reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to contact@thetarai.com. Please include your booking details.

3. Refund Eligibility

• Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.
• No refund for no-shows or early departures.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
